The Role
Responsible for taking ownership of the Marketing Team driving profitability and sustainable growth for all the beverage portfolio represented by the Company. The position will be responsible for the development of marketing strategy and ensuring execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies to elevate brand visibility and capture market share across various online platforms.
- Manage and optimize company website and social media profiles, emphasizing SEO, content excellence, and audience engagement.
- Create captivating content for blogs, social media channels, newsletters, and videos tailored to our target audience.
- Analyze digital marketing metrics, extract actionable insights, and formulate optimization plans.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to orchestrate cohesive marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.
- Spearhead PPC campaigns on Google AdWords and Facebook Ads to drive qualified traffic and lead generation.
- Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies, integrating best practices into our marketing endeavors.
- Monitor campaign budgets, strategically allocating resources to maximize return on investment.
- Seamlessly integrate traditional marketing tactics, including print collateral for brochures, posters, and sales materials, to complement our digital initiatives.
- Design and produce high-quality print materials to support the sales team in enhancing outreach and engagement efforts.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional certification in Marketing, Digital Media, or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in digital marketing, with a demonstrated track record in both digital and traditional marketing roles, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector.
- Deep understanding of online marketing strategies and industry best practices.
- Proficiency in SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media management, and display advertising.
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) for creating compelling digital and print marketing assets.
- Strong analytical prowess, with proficiency in digital marketing analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for crafting impactful content.
- Creative thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple projects with precision and meeting tight deadlines.
