The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced HR professional.
Responsibilities
- Prepare the monthly payroll and answer employees’ questions
- Check spreadsheets of hours worked reporting to the financial department
- Monitor that spreadsheets are updated by managers
- Keep documents and files updated
- Check and inform probation before the deadline
- Make contracts, engagement in Job Plus process work authorizations, renewals and provide support by providing the necessary documents
Requirements
- 2 years’ experience or more in a similar role, Indigo Shireburn and payroll system
- Maltese Employment Law
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Organizational and time management
- Work independently
- Professional integrity and sense of responsibility
