Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to take the next step in your career? We’re seeking a Senior Sales Executive to join our client team and drive group accommodation bookings in both the Leisure segment and Meetings, Incentives, Conferences, and Events (MICE) sector.
Some of responsibilities:
- Administer, issue quotes, and close sales related to group accommodation bookings.
- Act as the first point of contact for Sales Coordinators, providing guidance, training, and supervision of their duties.
- Conduct daily overviews to review tasks, meetings, and appointments, addressing any queries raised by Sales Coordinators.
- Manage staff performance in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Mentor, direct, and assist Sales Coordinators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance performance.
- Standardize and simplify processes to streamline operations.
- Assist with meetings and other managerial duties as needed.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Proven experience in sales, particularly in group accommodation bookings and the MICE sector.
- Strong leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sales software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
