The Role
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and ensuring smooth operations in the hospitality industry? We’re seeking a talented Reservations Manager to join our client team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the smooth running of the Reservations Department, ensuring timely and accurate processing of bookings and data.
- Collaborate with the Sales & Marketing Manager to generate bookings and revenue from direct foreign and local booking segments.
- Lead the reservations team in allocating rooms and managing revenue through yielding strategies.
- Actively process and oversee pre-booked supplementary services, such as taxis, car hire, and Spa services.
- Conduct daily briefings and address queries raised by the Reservations team.
- Maintain excellent communication internally and externally, identifying and responding to hotels’ and customers’ needs proactively.
- Assist the Front Office Department with room move requests, billing issues, and other queries.
- Assist the Sales Team in greeting, meeting, and hosting prospective customers outside office hours.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle emergency situations professionally.
