Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our turnkey and finishing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints within this field (turnkey services). As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in planning, executing, and closing projects, while effectively managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
Responsibilities:
- Project Planning:
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining goals, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Execution and Monitoring:
- Lead project teams in the execution of project plans.
- Monitor progress, identify and resolve issues, and ensure adherence to timelines and budget.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide timely updates to stakeholders.
- Resource Management:
- Allocate resources effectively to achieve project goals.
- Work closely with team members and other departments to optimize resource utilization.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address issues to prevent disruptions to project timelines.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with project stakeholders.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, milestones, and any deviations from the plan.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation processes as necessary.
- Budget Management:
- Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring financial goals are met.
- Monitor and control project expenses to avoid overruns.
- Closure and Evaluation:
- Lead the project closure process, including documentation and lessons learned.
- Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within the turnkey industry with a successful track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
