As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth and efficient office environment, providing essential administrative support and maintaining a consistently professional atmosphere.

 

Responsibilities

  • Warm and Professional Reception: Manage the front desk, greet visitors with a smile, expertly handle calls, and maintain a tidy and welcoming reception area.
  • Efficient Administration: Manage correspondence, skillfully schedule meetings, and oversee office supplies to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Exceptional Customer Service: Provide outstanding service, proactively assist visitors and staff, and direct inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • HR Support: Provide valuable administrative support to the HR department, assisting with recruitment activities and onboarding processes.
  • Meeting Coordination: Reserve and prepare meeting rooms, ensuring they are ready for productive sessions and assisting with refreshments.
  • Document Management: Prepare and format professional documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Office Support: Assist in Health and Safety Risk Assessments and provide administrative support to senior management.
