Responsibilities and Duties:
Installation of Metal Pipework:
Prepare and install small and large pipe sizes with meticulous attention to detail
Install various types of metal pipes and grooved couplings to industry standards
Installation of Plastic Pipework:
Prepare and install PVC, CPVC, and PP pipes using glue-application or push-fit insertion methods
Prepare and install pipes for electro-fusion welding and butt-welding techniques
Conduct trenching if required for buried pipe installations
Installation of Sanitaryware:
Install WCs, shower trays, bidets, and wash-hand basins with precision and efficiency
Installation of Other Equipment:
Mount and install small to medium-sized pumps, fan coil units, and other equipment
Mount and install large equipment such as chillers, air-handling units, buffer tanks, and calorifiers
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a plumber, with expertise in pipe installation and maintenance
Thorough understanding of plumbing systems, materials, and techniques
Proficiency in using various tools and equipment related to plumbing installations
Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication and problem-solving skills
Commitment to upholding safety standards and adhering to industry regulations
