Key Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical installations.
Carry out preventive maintenance to reduce downtime and prevent major repairs.
Assist with minor construction, painting, carpentry, and plastering work as needed.
Identify and report maintenance issues, equipment malfunctions, and safety hazards.
Ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained and stored after use.
Follow company safety policies and comply with health and safety standards at all times.
Maintain accurate records of completed work, materials used, and time spent on tasks.
Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in general maintenance, facility repair, or a related technical field.
Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical systems.
Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
