The Role
Your job as a Warehouse Assistant / Delivery Person is to move goods in and out of a warehouse or depot and deliver to outlets. We require a driver as soon as possible therefore if the candidate is already in Malta and does not require a work permit, that would be a plus.
Responsibilities
- Deliver and distribute goods to the local outlets.
- Reviewing goods against invoices for discrepancies.
- Loading/Unloading deliveries from vehicles, packing or unpackaging goods and storing contents.
- Following Occupational Health & Safety procedures.
- Assist warehouse manager
- Using manual and electronic order tools and machines.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Be in possession of a driving license
- 3 years plus driving experience
- Be able to speak Maltese or English well
- Efficient, organised and good time management skills
- Have a positive attitude amongst colleagues and clients
- Decent road network knowledge
- Methodical approach with an ability to work under pressure
- Experience in a warehouse logistics will be considered an asset
- Posses a clean police conduct
