Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling the company’s full range of products and services, with a strong focus on Air Conditioning and Alternative Energy systems. You will manage client relationships, generate leads, and provide tailored solutions to meet customer needs, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Some of responsibilities:
- Sell the company’s products and services, with a focus on Air Conditioning and Alternative Energy systems.
- Handle new client inquiries, identify their needs, and propose the most suitable systems.
- Prepare and deliver accurate and competitive quotations.
- Secure new business and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
- Ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
- Actively promote the company’s brand and maintain its professional image.
- Participate in internal and supplier training to stay updated on product offerings and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve company goals and deliver excellent service to clients.
- Maintain an organized log of client inquiries, quotations, and contracts, ensuring accurate reporting on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Keep up-to-date records of supplier product sheets, rates, and relevant information to offer clients the best solutions tailored to their needs.
- Ensure the company’s integrity and professional image are upheld in all client interactions.
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of contracts, keeping customers informed about their project’s status.
- Regularly update the client database and ensure that any changes are communicated to relevant departments.
- Compile detailed meeting reports for all customer visits and interactions.
- Follow up on all quotations within 48 hours, reporting any delays to the Sales Manager.
- Delegate daily tasks to team members when out of the office to ensure continued workflow.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the sales team’s success.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in Air Conditioning or Alternative Energy systems.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to understand client needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and relevant sales software.
