Our client is looking a Sales Delivery Representative to become a part of their team.
Some of responsibilities:
- Step in promptly to cover sales responsibilities during unexpected or planned staff absences, acting as a reliever.
- Ensure seamless transactions and uphold service standards in the absence of regular staff.
- Maintain a positive customer experience by effectively engaging with clients.
- Follow company sales procedures and policies meticulously to maintain consistency.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient work environment.
- Contribute to team goals and objectives during the absence of team members.
- Adapt quickly to the specific needs and dynamics of the sales role during temporary assignments.
- Support the overall success of the sales team during leave periods.
- Demonstrate flexibility and resilience in managing sales tasks during staff absences.
- Provide necessary information to ensure smooth transitions and continuity in sales operations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally with customers and team members.
- Address challenges independently, finding solutions to maintain sales efficiency.
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during the absence of regular staff.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Experience in the sales sector.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft applications and contact management software.
- Valid C1 driving license and CPC.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, proactive, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and within a professional team.
