The Role
Our client needs a skilled Reservations Executive to lead their team in managing bookings, room allocations, and guest services.
Responsibilities
- Lead the Reservations Team in managing bookings, room allocations, and pre-arranged services (e.g., car hire, spa appointments).
Conduct daily team briefings to review bookings, arrivals, and any potential issues or special requests.
Ensure all client inquiries are addressed within 24 hours, fostering relationships and negotiating to secure new business.
Facilitate room changes, billing questions, and other inquiries as they arise, working closely with the Sales Team.
Regularly assess and refine processes for efficiency and improved client satisfaction.
Oversee staff training, coordinating internally and with management to meet team development needs.
