The Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Reservations Agent to join their team, responsible for managing bookings, assisting guests with inquiries, and ensuring a seamless reservation experience.
Responsibilities
- Efficiently process bookings, room allocations, and rooming lists to maintain accuracy.
- Coordinate additional service bookings, such as transport, car hire, food packs, and spa reservations.
- Perform daily audits on upcoming arrivals and promptly respond to new leads and client inquiries within 24 hours.
- Maintain clear communication with clients to understand and address needs, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Support the Sales Team with room adjustments, billing issues, and client site visits to help drive revenue.
- Contribute to system improvements, attend professional development workshops, and manage internal/external training needs for the team.
- Occasionally cover additional hours to support department needs, including vacations and sick leave.
