Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Talent Acquisition:
– Utilize various channels, including website, social media, and industry networks, to identify and attract top-tier candidates.
– Conduct targeted searches to build a robust talent pipeline.
- Candidate Screening and Assessment:
– Review resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.
– Conduct in-depth interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Interview Coordination:
– Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
– Provide feedback to both clients and candidates to facilitate effective decision-making.
- Negotiation and Offer Management:
– Collaborate with clients to develop competitive and compelling job offers.
– Facilitate salary negotiations and manage offer presentations.
- Onboarding Support:
– Work closely with HR teams and clients to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
– Provide ongoing support to candidates during the transition phase.
- Recruitment Metrics and Reporting:
– Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the success of sourcing and placement strategies.
– Prepare regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement:
– Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of recruitment processes and strategies.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience as a Recruitment Specialist in a recruitment or outsourcing agency.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
