The Role
Production/Quality Engineer main tasks include testing systems and procedures to ensure they meet technical standards and creating quality and safety documentation.
Responsibilities
- Manage process changes, improvements, and investigations.
- Coordinate MBR, SOP, and PCD revisions/approvals.
- Collaborate with Maintenance, Production, Engineering, Safety, and Quality departments.
- Design and implement process improvement projects and relevant documentation.
- Train production operators on process equipment usage.
- Support area managers to ensure product consistency and quality.
- Handle documentation for quality/safety investigations and troubleshooting.
- Adhere to plant safety, environmental, and GMP regulations.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
