The Role
One of our clients is currently seeking a Process Engineer to join their team.The Process Engineer will design, implement, controll and optimise industrial processes and machinery.
Some of responsibilities:
- Lead cost-saving initiatives and enhance manufacturing efficiency using Six Sigma techniques.
- Improve process yields and maximize machine uptime
- Coordinate maintenance activities and support equipment overhauls
- Communicate directly with Production Department for seamless maintenance coordination
- Drive material qualification and implement new processes and machinery
- Optimize tool design for increased productivity
- Conduct employee performance reviews to ensure competency and knowledge
Qualifications/Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering preferred
- Proven experience in process engineering roles
- Strong technical skills and analytical mindset
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations
- Proficient in project management
