The Role
We are seeking to employ a Machine Operator. The selected candidates will work on automatic machines with a full-time employment contract. Previous experience is not necessary
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the factory machinery
- Carrying out routine maintenance
- Gaining a thorough knowledge of a wide range of factory machinery
- Operating tools in order to aid in the manufacturing process
- Performing periodic checks on equipment and solving problems as detected
- Working with others in order to ensure that the equipment is in proper working order
- Observing and following company safety rules and regulations
Qualifications/Requirements
Availability to work on a 4 shift basis including day and night shifts, also on weekends
- Acting responsibly and knowing how to coordinate well with colleagues and with other departments
- Strong motivation to achieve goals
- Compliance with safety regulations
- Proactivity, reliability and professionalism
- Basic knowledge of the English language
