Job Description
The IT Professional will support the IT Systems Manager in analysing, implementing, and maintaining IT systems to ensure optimal availability. IT Professional will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to grasp their needs fully and devise systems aligned with business objectives. Additionally, they will facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Some Responsibilities:
- Offering ongoing user support and managing the company’s IT systems.
- Working with internal teams and external vendors to gather business requirements, resolve system issues, and implement change requests.
- Generating test data, conducting system tests, contributing to User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and updating system documents and operational guides based on outcomes.
- Aiding in the development, upkeep, and enhancement of in-house applications to address business requirements.
- Generating and maintaining reports.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Academic qualifications in Information Technology
- Good understanding of Structured Query Language (SQL)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience
- An analytical mindset and problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
