Job Description
We are seeking an organized and proactive Project Coordinator to join our team, reporting directly to the HVAC & AEP Project Manager. The successful candidate will oversee project execution and manage the installation teams or subcontractors assigned to each project. This role requires strong coordination skills and the ability to ensure that HVAC and Alternative Energy projects are delivered efficiently and on time.
Some of responsibilities:
- Ensure that HVAC and AEP projects are managed and executed effectively and efficiently.
- Coordinate with the Project Manager on the execution of new projects.
- Liaise with other project coordinators to monitor and manage all ongoing projects.
- Collaborate with the sales team to stay updated on new VRF & AE system projects.
- Take ownership of the project after the handover from the sales team, familiarizing yourself with the client and confirmed systems.
- Plan and schedule the program of works for each project.
- Design and plan the installation of new systems.
- Coordinate the work with installers and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution.
- Manage and oversee the commissioning of all equipment and ensure dates are communicated with the accounts and sales teams.
- Work closely with the Technical Manager to address any faults or technical issues.
- Assign new workers or subcontractors as needed for specific products or systems.
- Coordinate with the customer care team to ensure that stock for parts and systems is properly planned and available.
- Attend supplier training courses to stay updated on the latest systems and technologies.
- Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest standard.
