The Role
Our client is looking for an experienced HR Assistant.
Responsibilities
- Develop, post job profiles and update job descriptions.
- Manage job postings and collaborate with recruitment agencies.
- Screen resumes and coordinate interviews effectively.
- Oversee the applicant tracking system (ATS) and streamline the recruitment process.
- Prepare and coordinate orientation materials and sessions.
- Address onboarding inquiries and enhance employee engagement.
- Manage offboarding and assist with final paperwork.
- Organize and track training programs, including needs analysis and funding applications.
- Schedule and coordinate training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Ensure proper issuance and maintenance of skills cards.
- Identify and track performance goals and coordinate performance reviews.
- Assist managers with performance issues and improvement plans.
- Generate and analyze periodic HR metrics reports.
- Conduct annual employee feedback surveys and identify improvement areas.
- Oversee employee relations and development initiatives.
- Support and plan HR-related social and team-building events.
- Enhance HR policies and procedures.
- Draft employment contracts, addendums, and assist with permits.
- Ensure all employee records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Support in Health and Safety administration.
