We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Sales and Marketing to lead our client team in achieving ambitious business objectives. This role will be pivotal in developing and implementing strategic sales and marketing initiatives, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key clients, principals, and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee the creation and execution of marketing campaigns and new product launches.
- Coordinate and monitor the organization and performance of events.
- Manage the departmental budget and resources, ensuring optimal allocation of marketing assets.
- Track key performance indicators and provide regular updates on sales and marketing progress.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a senior sales and marketing role, with a strong record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management abilities.
- Solid understanding of the local FMCG landscape and industry.
- High proficiency in digital tools, data analysis, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
