Job Description
Executive Assistant and Development Director plays an essential part in ensuring the smooth running of the Director’s Office, providing efficient and accurate administration support to the Director.Responsibilities
- Manage the Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Conduct research and compile data for meetings and projects.
- Act as the primary contact between the Director and stakeholders.
- Coordinate and facilitate meetings, including preparing agendas and taking minutes.
- Handle incoming communications on behalf of the Director.
- Organize and maintain files and records.
- Assist in preparing contracts, proposals, and formal documents.
- Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Perform general office duties, such as ordering supplies and managing equipment.
- Manage personal tasks for the Director, including scheduling personal appointments and coordinating events.
- Arrange personal travel and accommodations.
- Assist with personal financial management and budgeting.
- Handle special projects as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred, or equivalent experience.
- Proven experience as an executive or personal assistant.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality.
- Proactive and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience in the construction and development industry is a plus.
