Some of responsibilities:
- Handle phone calls courteously, collect orders, and relay messages to the right departments.
- Assist water vendors and sales reps on the Logistics Centre helpline, coordinating their needs.
- Contribute to sales and distribution planning.
- Route daily sales orders and deliveries, preparing necessary documentation.
- Coordinate documentation for equipment sanitization, repairs, and maintenance.
- Process delivery truck documentation and ensure validity.
- Support the cash office when required.
- Liaise with agents for shipments/unloading, ensuring goods meet standard procedures.
- Conduct checks of truck loading and unloading.
- Participate in stock control procedures.
Qualifications/Requirement
- O’Level education and ECDL certification.
- Proven track record in customer care.
- Excellent communication, organization, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and initiative-driven, able to work both independently and within a team.
