The Role
The Commis Chef will work directly under supervision of Chef de partie and taking care that all the given tasks will be fulfilled. Potential candidate will be responsible for kitchen/store stocking, food cutting and preparation, assisting chefs in the kitchen.
Responsibilities
- Assisting in food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing parts of the dishes as instructed
- Cutting and preparing vegetables, meats and fish
- Assisting other chefs
Qualifications/Requirement
• Must be on the island now
• Be fluent in communication in English
• Able to work on industrial kitchen appliances, and knowledge of kitchen and utensils
• Food handlers course certificate
