Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Commercial Officer who is fluent in both Maltese and English to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships, support business growth, and drive the execution of commercial strategies.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, ensuring clear communication in both Maltese and English, while addressing inquiries or concerns.
- Negotiate and manage contracts, ensuring alignment with the company’s commercial objectives.
- Prepare and analyse financial reports, forecasts, and budgets to support decision-making.
- Identify new business opportunities, markets, and partnerships to enhance company growth.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure cohesive commercial strategies.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of commercial activities using key metrics and provide updates to senior management.
- Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations for potential clients and stakeholders in both Maltese and English.
Qualifications/Requirement
- Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Fluency in both Maltese and English is essential.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, contract management, and financial principles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills in both languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software tools.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and internal teams.
