Our clients is seeking to recruit a Commercial Manager to drive our sales of iconic imported.
To be successful in this role, you need to be an experienced manager who has a strong business acumen, a sense of consumer market demand and strong skills of managing business relationships. Reporting to the General Manager, the selected candidate will be responsible to develop and implement strategic plans for all categories, managing budgets and performance to achieve the Company Limited’s set sales objectives, driving profitability, increasing market share, improving customer satisfaction and identifying trends, opportunities and weaknesses.
The selected candidate is expected to empower a unique sales team and is expected to be an excellent communicator, transparent, honest, fostering loyalty and engagement with the company’s mission.

- A proven record of successful results linked to strategy, planning and execution
- Stakeholder management experience
- Strong negotiation skills, customer centric, integrity and organisational skills

- A strong command of systems and analysis.
