- Properly cleaning and sanitizing all preparation areas according to established standards of hygiene.
- Washing and store all appliances, instruments, and tools accordingly.
- Assisting the Manager with the preparation and with the daily tasks
- Sweeping and mopping the floors.
- Assisting with the unloading of supplies.
- Organizing and correctly storing supplies.

- School Leaving Certificate
- Sound knowledge health and safety regulations.
