Hi-Care has made giant leaps since its inception. In just over six years, its director and owner Aleksandar Marinkovic built a network of talented individuals and shaped them into teams across various sectors; from cleaning, to recruitment, turnkey, maintenance, outsourcing, and also healthcare.
When it comes to corporate office cleaning in Malta, discretion, consistency, and professionalism are not optional – they’re expected. Hi-Care Services provides high-performance, contract-based, commercial cleaning solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of office buildings, executive suites, and corporate facilities.
When Rolando Villanueva first arrived in Malta, he planned to stay for a holiday. With degrees in business management, marketing, communication, and project management, he had already built a successful career spanning banking, boating, and business support.
Offering a range of property maintenance services to individuals and commercial customers across Malta, at the helm of Hi-Care Services’ maintenance team is Stefan Psaila, a seasoned professional who brings passion and precision to every project.
When Aleksandar Marinkovic came to Malta his idea was to stay for three months in summer. “However, once I saw the opportunity here, I decided to continue working,” he explains.
In today’s competitive business landscape, maintaining a clean and inviting environment is not just a matter of aesthetics but a crucial factor in ensuring productivity, safety, and client satisfaction. Among the various hats that Hi-Care Services provides to the local market, including recruitment, outsourcing and handyman services, the company has been offering professional cleaning solutions ever since its inception in 2019.

In 2024, we expanded with a new construction department and opened a dedicated cleaning branch in Serbia, staying true to our core value: delivering Hi-Quality services where they’re needed most.
